An unusual mail experience
Yesterday, I received a bunch of packages in the mail. Without really looking at who they were from, I started opening them, and making notes for my hours of updating threads here today. One of the packages was a colorful bubble-mailer, that again, I opened without looking. It was full of candy. No note, just candy. I looked at the addresses, and amazingly enough, it wasn’t meant for me....

Rather than downloading new music, I’m downloading music I miss - and music I missed out on - from the 90s.
Dad just won the annual poetry contest at Memorial Library. Neat!

Perryton
Yesterday, while Steve and I were watching past episodes of Friday Night Lights, my parents invited me on a daytrip to Perryton, TX. We shopped, let Jereme play in the park, and had a really good steak dinner at Money’s. It was fun, but I came home exhausted.
Why didn't we pick, say, June?
Steve: Kristina's getting married.
Me: When?
Steve: May 31st.
Me: Now if we could just get Jeff married at the end of May, that'd be your whole family!
Note: Our anniversary is May 30. Linda's is also the 30th. (Same year, two hours later.)
